Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed, quality-checked, and packaged within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) following payment verification.

Order Tracking

You can track your shipment at any time using our dedicated [Track Order] page or directly via the USPS official tracking portal using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for initial carrier tracking updates to populate.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at support@interesthome.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an item has shipped, we are unable to alter delivery details.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

All InterestHome™ shipments include insured tracking. If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage so our support team can resolve the issue swiftly.
